Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day from our Melbourne warehouse.
Delivery times
Metro Australia typically arrives next business day via Australia Post Express. Regional delivery is 2–4 business days. Free express shipping on orders over $80.
Signature
All orders require a signature on delivery from a person aged 18 or older.
Returns
Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons, opened disposables and pods cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
Faulty items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos; we'll dispatch a replacement or issue a refund the same business day.
